Rosa Namises: Key Policies
Namibia has a painful history that has divided us for too long; from each other and from our potential. We have abundant natural resources but our wealth is not distributed fairly. We have as much rainfall as Cental Europe but we are not harnessing it. It is time to make profound changes and give birth to a new Namibia in which every Namibian is able to reach their potential.
Since the 1970's I have been on the front line fighting for a Namibia of freedom, unity and integrity; a place where we are all valued as equals and have equal opportunities to thrive. NOW IS OUR TIME.
Under my leadership, we will begin to build a Namibia that is wealthy, self sufficient and resilient. The National Water Resiliency Project underlies all of our policies and will harness our abundant rainfall distributing it across the land enabling communities across Namibia to have water and food resiliency.
Youth will have access to resources to enable them to be educated; formally and informally and on-line. We will develop our natural resources developing industries that give opportunities and meaningful work to our people.
We are a diverse and imaginative nation and together, we will build the Namibia we will be proud to hand over to future generations. Allow me to be your Voice!
Action
There is too much talk in politics and not enough action. My presidency will support grass roots projects that make a tangible difference to people's lives; from Water and Food Resiliency projects to a Conservation Core supporting youth to find purpose and meaningful work while protecting Namibia from Climate Change.

We will listen to all sides, make plans together and take the action that best enables all people to thrive long into the future.
Economy
Namibia has the potential to be a shining light in Africa and the world as an Ubuntu Economy; a visionary regenerative and sustainable economy. We have abundant natural resources, land and a small population yet we are one of the most unequal countries in the world.
Our economy will put the welfare of Namibians and the protection of our land and resources at it’s core. Our economy will grow within planetary boundaries as we will put money into developing communities so that they can build businesses and work in industries that will enable Namibia to thrive.
Youth Empowerment
Young people are our light and future! Young people’s voices will be heard and your concerns will be addressed!
I am passionately committed to youth empowerment through programs, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership, decision making roles within the government and support with education.

We need to ensure everyone who would like to go to University is able to do so and that will be one of my primary focuses on Day 1 in office.

Environmental Sustainability
Environmental damage and climate change are a profound concern for the well being of Namibians.
I have ambitious plans to protect our natural resources, transitioning to renewable energy, and promoting sustainable practices across all sectors of society.

We also need to become more self sufficient and produce our own nutritious food in order to protect our health and that means having enough water, land and knowledge.
Social
Justice
Addressing inequality and social injustice is crucial for building a fair and inclusive society. Policies aimed at reducing poverty, tackling gender inequality, and ensuring equal access to opportunities for marginalized groups are essential.
Transparency & Accountability
I will lead a government that is transparent, accountable, and free from corruption. I am committed to integrity, openness, and involving citizens from all communities in decision-making processes.
Healthcare Access
Access to healthcare is a fundamental right. I will improve healthcare infrastructure, ensuring access to affordable healthcare services, and prioritizing public health initiatives.
Digital Connectivity
In today's digital age, access to information and technology is vital. I am determined to expand internet access, promote safe digital literacy, and harness technology for social and economic development in a way that promotes the opportunities and well being of all citizens.
Job
Creation
Youth unemployment is a significant issue in Namibia. I will support entrepreneurship, set up more vocational training programs, and initiatives to attract investment that will generate employment.
Education Reform
Education is the cornerstone of our future success. I will improve the quality of education, ensuring access to education for all, and preparing us for the challenges of the modern world, including skills development for future job markets.
Government and Democracy
As the president I will make sure that our parties and it’s politicians find a way of working together to their highest potential to find the best solutions for all of our country's people. I will listen to you and go with the brightest intelligence we find in each perspective.
Equal Rights for All
All people, regardless or tribe, background, wealth, gender, or sexuality must be treated equally without the threat of discrimination or violence.
